All shipping costs, both to and from our studio, are the customer’s responsibility. Please carefully review the following shipping guidelines before proceeding with your order.

1. Shipping Your Jersey to Us

  • Customers must contact us at KatieBrooksCreations@gmail.com before shipping their jersey for alterations.

  • The shipping address will be provided via email only after we confirm that we can alter your jersey.

  • The cost of shipping the jersey to us is the customer's responsibility.

  • Customers must provide a valid tracking number for their shipment. KatieBrooksCreations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments.

2. Shipping the Completed Vest Back to You

  • The full payment for the alteration must be received before the product is shipped back.

  • The final payment will include:

    • The total cost of the alteration

    • The return shipping cost

  • Once payment is received, we will ship the completed vest and provide tracking information via email or text message.

  • KatieBrooksCreations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by courier services.
